SELECTED!

I am honored to share that I have been selected to participate in the 38th annual Eddie Adams Workshop, a prestigious and highly competitive program that gathers 100 emerging photographers from around the world for four days of mentorship, portfolio reviews, and professional development. Taking place October 10–13, 2025, in Jeffersonville, New York, this workshop marks an important milestone in my path as a visual storyteller, and I am truly excited to learn, grow, and connect with some of the most respected voices in photojournalism.

A Life in Pictures

When I was 21, my parents gave me my first camera. With that Canon t2i, I began to pay closer attention to the situations around me. Since then, I have captured unforgettable moments, received recognition and awards (including an all-expenses-paid trip to Germany), and been encouraged to continue sharing my experiences through images.

First place

International photography contest "The Legacy of Humboldt and Bolívar", organized by Goethe-Institut. Caracas, Venezuela.

First place

9th edition of the National Coexistence Salon, organized by Espacio Anna Frank. Caracas, Venezuela.

Finalist

Roberto Villagraz Scholarship for the International Master's in Photography and Project Management at Efti. Madrid, Spain. For a week, I walked hundreds of kilometers with other migrants to document their realities.

Gallery Exhibition

46th UPB Photographic Art Salon 2020. Medellin, Colombia.

Over a period of two months, I developed a campaign to promote my photo in the contest organized by the Goethe-Institut Venezuela. What began as a solo effort turned into a chain reaction with family members, friends, and more than 16 thousand people adding their votes. With this achievement, I not only won the contest but also traveled to Germany and the Czech Republic.
